Yushi Honjo (supervisor: Professor Qiusheng Liu), a former student of marine engineering course in graduate school of maritime sciences, has been awarded the Japan Institute of Marine Engineering (JIME) Lloyd's Register Encouragement Prize in the JIME Awards Ceremony held in Tokyo on May 31, 2024.
Awarded paper:
"Numerical Simulation of Forced Convection Steady-State Heat Transfer for Helium Gas Flowing through a Horizontal Small-Diameter Tube"
(Authors: Yushi Honjo, Qiusheng Liu, and Makoto Shibahara).
This award praises excellent papers published in the Journal of the Japan Institute of Marine Engineering (JIME).
