Keiji Oda

Doctor of Engineering (Osaka University, 1983)
Educational Contents
Undergraduate Course: Fundamental Sub-Atomic Science
Graduate Course: Environmental Radiation Measurement, Radiation Measurement Advance
Research Interests
I am studying about "Radiation Safety", which is one of important key-points for peaceful utilization of nuclear energy. Main research themes are as follows:
  • Development of personal dosemeter for high-energy neutrons
  • Novel application of various types of solid state dosemeters
  • Establishment of a more comprehensive concept of radiation dose
Message for Students
I try to guide an active student to be able to perform his own task by himself. Many opportunities will be provided to interact with students and researchers belonging to other universities through academic meetings, symposia, co-operative experiments, and so on.
